Features
A native app, not a website in a browser. That's the difference between tapping around and a real timing system.
NFC · RFID · QR
Manual tap, QR code, holding an NFC chip to the phone, or a professional RFID reader for larger events.
OFFLINE
In the mountains or the woods, timing keeps going. Data is stored on the phone and syncs once you're back in coverage.
LIVE RESULTS
Online participant registration, live and final results, and splits — all on your event's own page.
STREAM
Embed a YouTube or Facebook stream right into the results page. Viewers see the course and the times in one place.
How it works
01
Name, date, start type, categories and checkpoints. In the app, in a few minutes.
02
On the event's public page. They get a bib number automatically or pick their own.
03
Every recorded passing shows up in the results. After the race, mark them final with one tap.
In the app
The app is light for outdoor use and has no unnecessary layers — no clicking through menus on the course.

Live results
Tapping a row records a time — no confirmation needed. A green flash confirms it, and the offline bar shows what's waiting to sync.
Why TAQIO
Until now you had two options: time it by hand with a stopwatch, or pay for a professional timing company. TAQIO is the third.
STOPWATCH
Cheap, but you're retyping results into a spreadsheet after the race. Mistakes, no splits, no registration.
TIMING COMPANY
Accurate, but expensive and needs booking months ahead. With 40 participants, it just doesn't pay off.
TAQIO
Set up an event in minutes, time it with a phone or an RFID reader, and results are online the same second.
Pricing
The app is free to download with full functionality for up to 5 participants per event.

Compatibility
What phones and hardware the TAQIO app supports
TAQIO runs on any regular Android phone. Manual tap and QR code need no special hardware, NFC requires a phone with an NFC reader, and RFID works with any standard reader (125 kHz, 13.56 MHz and UHF) without complicated setup.

Timing in the mountains with no signal: what to prepare
The app times without internet too, but a few things are worth thinking through in advance so your battery doesn't die before the last participant.
